A smaller parcel delivered to your mailbox. If the parcel doesn't fit inside your mailbox it will be delivered outside your door or hung on the mailbox. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery if that's the case.

MyPack Collect

For parcels up to 20kg that will be delivered to a Service Point to be collected.

MyPack Collect can be used in the following countries in Europe:

Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Åland Islands, Belgium, Estonia, France, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany and Austria.
