DTG Printing

DTG or Direct to garment is a realtively new printing method where the ink is printed, as the name states, directly on to the garment. This creates a print with astonishing hand feel. It offers alot of flexibility in terms of quantity, color variation and production time. We are able to offer a full color print even with transparant details to garments of every color thanks to our Kornit printers.

Eco Friendly Ink

Our ink, NeoPigment™, is water-based and completely free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates. Thus making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. Combined with our water saving system it creates an eco friendly print.

When DTG printing we can take an image and start printing withing seconds of saving the file.

No Setup or Minimum Quantities

We can print as many or as few as you would like. DTG can handle any order size. While we do offer bulk discounts we encourage our customers to just order what they need to reduce our carbon footprint. Since there are no start or setup cost it is still viable and affordable to print just one single unit.

Colors and complex designs

Apart from other printing methods it doesn't matter how many colors that are in the image. Or Kornit makes it easy to print photos, multicolored logos, gradients and even transparent details. Where other would say it's difficult or impossible we print with ease.
