Return policy for customized products
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to the products you create with our design tool as the product is custom made according to the specifications you have provided to us. This means you do not have the right to reutrn your order and that the purchase is final. However, for any defect, faulty or incorrect items, se our terms for faulty products.
Return policy for stock items
Any product purchased on this website made without the use of our design tool is considered a stock item and is covered by the right of return.
You have the right to return your product within 14 days. The time of withdrawal begins the day after you recieved the item.
The customer is responsible to pay the additional freight of the return.
Faulty products
If the item You recieve is faulty, notify us immidietly at goddag@texprint.se.
If we consider the item faulty, We will attemp to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is impossible, You will be provided a full refund for the faulty item.
